Ieu Bandung Tea

In Sundanese, ieu Bandung téa means “this is Bandung, the very one”, with téa adding emphasis. In English, it simply reads as Bandung tea. Five blends, five moments of one day in Bandung: from a slow breakfast to a quiet night under the Pasupati flyover.

Illustrated in Bandung

Every box carries a Bandung scene painted by Gelar Anugerah Munggaran, a Bandung-based illustrator and background artist. Available as illustrated boxes of tea bags, loose leaf, and single sachets.

Two assamica black teas and one sinensis black tea from Sukabumi, Banten, and Bengkulu. Woody and earthy, softened by vanilla and a natural sweetness close to palm sugar. A cup with plenty of character to start the day, like a morning on Jalan Braga.

Finish

Full-bodied and strong, ending with a clean, lingering astringency.

Ingredients

Black tea, safflower.
